People that have either anxiety or panic attacks can have them for various reasons. There is not just one specific cause for these things to happen with people. Anxiety and panic attacks may be due to many stressful incidences and may tend to go as long as the stress continues. This will become a cycle that can be hard to break. If this condition is not treated properly, anxiety will continue to disruped the person, or worse ruin the normal flow of their life.
