This known as the cycle of fear. Each shot of adrenaline brings even more fear into the mix. This fear eventually delivers to the panic sufferer more strange feelings and more adrenaline. This brings still more fear. It can go on and on as it builds more and more horrible feelings to the panic attack sufferer.

What is needed is a reversal to the cycle of fear. This can be accomplished by understanding it is adrenaline behind the strange and fearful sensations. Then, buying into the fact that fighting them or running from them will make matters much worse.

The cure lies in ones ability to let these strange feelings run rampant and dare them to do whatever they can without running from them or fighting them. You will find this is the way to stop panic. Refuse to pay any attention to adrenaline’s deception, and anxiety will no longer have anything to feed on and in short order it will go away just as mysteriously as it came on.
