Breathing

If you want to quickly relieve stress you have to exhale sharply for 3 seconds and take one quick little breather. The breathing out has to be long, forcing out almost all of the air from your lungs. Replenish your lungs with a quick inhale. This breathing technique brings your mind to a state similar to being drunk.

Try to keep it positive
