Eating well, like exercise, helps to keep you healthy and feeling good. In addition to this, avoiding stimulants like sugar and caffeine helps leads to lower stress. During an anxiety attack, the body is more alert and on edge. Stimulants only aggrevate this condition, making it difficult to remain calm in the midst of an anxiety attack. Avoiding poor eating habits makes it easier to stop anxiety attacks when they do happen.

In the end, the most important factor in combating high levels of stress and stoping anxiety attacks is to leverage your life in the correct direction. There are no magic pills or mystic rituals that can wash away stress and anxiety. Luckily these problems can be solved by you. Staying calm, exercising regularly and avoiding stimulants can help prevent high levels of stress and stop anxiety attacks.
