Everybody gets stressed at some point, if not they are very, very lucky. If you don’t, ever get stressed – do you have any stress tips you can share? People have to know how to deal with stress, or we would all end up barmy! So use these 7 stress tips to keep yourself sane.

Try giving yourself enough time to do what you need to do, for example if you have a deadline, then make sure you plan out the work, whilst leaving enough time for mistakes and other eventualities. If you need to get somewhere, give yourself an extra 10-20 minutes traveling time, you might get stuck in traffic or your train could be late and there is no point stressing about it, because there is nothing you can do.

When it comes to getting things done, make sure you give yourself enough time. Don’t try to cram too much in, even if you are going to the shops, giving a deadline for work or just walking the dog, relax and take your time. In this day and age, of speedy internet access and people always being able to get in contact with us where ever we are, we really need to give ourselves an extra ten minutes, for unforeseen events.

Binaural beats work subliminally, so you don’t even know that it?s working, until it has. Another stress tip that is related to this form, is subliminal messaging where relaxing or stress relieving messages flash up on your computer screen very fast, so you don?t really notice they are there, but your brain is taking everything in and you will notice the benefits.

A much friendlier one of these stress tips, is to help some one out, take a bit of time and give some one a hand, help an old lady across the road. Doing a good deed can make you feel good within yourself, so relieving the stress of the day.

Getting more physically exercise will also help with stress relief, as well as getting you fit in the long run. Whether it be jogging, battering a punch bag or just going for a walk, you will be surprised at how good it makes you feel to expel that excess energy.

Along with the fitness bit, comes the change in diet, a lot of people do not realize that what they are eating is making them unhappy. Not exactly the quickest way to relieve stress, it does work and will benefit your body in the long run.

Ever heard the saying ?Laughter is the best medicine?, well whoever thought of that, had to be the least stressed person in the world, as long as they listened to their own advice. So read something funny, watch something funny or do something funny and feel the stress wash away.

If you already have your own way of how to deal with stress, then that’s great, but if not then try one of these and see how it goes. You never know, using these few stress tips may surprise you and improve your life a bit at the same time.
