When you for the first time are overwhelmed by an anxiety panic attack, you have no clue what happens. It shuts you down completely. You experience all kind of physical symptoms like a racing heart, your stomach speaks up, sweating all over your body, insomnia and many more. Although you say to yourself that there is not any real danger, this does not put an end to the panic attack. You can not rationalize it to stop. It is like a mystic force that has taken over control of your body.

A number of the men and women that return from active duty in Iraq or Afghanistan have several mental problems. Some of them seem to suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. This is a disorder that should be treated by experienced specialists who are completely familiar with the complexity of this disorder. It is far different from the standard anxiety panic disorder. Although anxieties belong to the symptoms, it is not the only one.

I have tried many methods, but almost to no avail. My doctor prescribed me drugs and they seemed to help in the beginning. For after a while their effectiveness diminished. So I needed more medication to keep my anxiety panic disorder under control. Did I stop for a while, then I fell very fast into a relapse.

For some people anxiety support groups can be a great help. Here you can share your anger about being unable to control your social anxiety disorder. Unfortunately this does not solve the problem. It is great that you can talk with other people who face the same problems, but in the end you are still stuck with your anxieties.

Some feel seek their refuge in herbs. The products that I tried to get my anxiety panics under control had little or no effect. Some of them turned out to be sedative and are able to stop the attacks, but then you become dependent again. Mental relaxation like meditation was able to lower the number and intensity of the attacks, but was not able to bring a complete solution. Currently I am experimenting with a new method, called the Linden method. It is a new technique in addressing the organ in the brain that triggers the panic attacks. I have heard from others that they have great results. I just started, so I am not able to share my own experiences.

Marcelo Quijanios is a freelance journalist. Currently he is researching a new method to relieve him of his anxiety panic attacks. The testimonials about this treatment are very interesting and claim to given relieve a lot of people in the US.

When you ask yourself do I have OCD you may be concerned that whatever is in your life that you obsessed about is controlling you? We all have behaviors that can be quirky but when they effect and control your life you might want to get help. Below are a few types of OCD categories that may help you evaluate your behavior.

Being obsessed with contamination and dirt can be an obsession if you have an unrealistic fear of them. If you are fearful of contracting a fatal disease, germs and spreading germs that reach an unhealthy point you may have cause for concern.

If a need for symmetry is affecting your relationships you may want to seek help. Those who suffer from this form of OCD will have an irrational need for everything to be in place and will get very upset if it is not. This includes personal hygiene and dress.

Checking can also be an obsession. Driving around and around a corner because you saw something, afraid someone is hurt or constantly checking yourself for disease is a cause for concern. Being aware if fine, being obsessed with it is an issue.

Having a superstitious fear that you need to wash your hands twelve times, take a shower five times a day or the fear that nothing is ever clean are all cause for concern regarding an obsession. There are many more but these are just examples.

There are more categories as well but the bottom line is if you have a compulsion that is affecting your life and making it difficult to live and maintain relationships it could be an OCD behavior. If this is a tendency for you then you may have OCD. If they are minimal consider them quirks about you and don’t worry about it.

There are many support groups out there for specific behaviors you can look into. There are some medications that can be taken but finding the root of the behavior is the best course of healing and rehabilitation. You can find help and there are people out there that care and can be of service to your healing process.

Find out if you suffer from OCD and take a look at this natural OCD remedy.

Yeah, I like my lover. I think. He says he likes my Romantic Dating Support, but now he always hurts me. I thought he was this amazing guy who I could trust and count on, but now I think he’s just annoying. We barely talk anymore, and even when we do, it’s barely anything. We haven’t had a conversation like we used to in like.

I’ve been having some troubles with my girlfriend. She has a history of drug use (as do I), but when we began dating we were both clean. Recently though she’s been acting pretty strangely. Sometimes she gets really mad for seemingly no reason, and some of our friends suspect that she may be back to old habits.

Take a break and see how it goes. It will be hard, but it’ll allow you to sort through your emotions and her through hers with Dating Support. You can only hope that she’ll decide to come back to you when the break is over.

Should I not take a break – do they ever work? One of my concerns is that she’ll sleep with another guy if we take a break and she happens to meet someone. She was a virgin when I met her and always said that she never thought about sleeping with anyone else. I don’t know if I could think of her in the same way if I knew some other guy had been with her by providing Dating Support.

If you aren’t coming, let my lover finish if you want, and then ask my lover to continue doing something else to get you off. Or have my lover get you off before penetration so at least you know you aren’t frustrated at the end. Don’t fake it, be happy. It should be fun to experiment to figure out what is going to do it for you. He should be really into that because most men want their partners to be satisfied.

I can’t stop talking about my lover. He rarely returns my IMs, and when or if he does, it’s barely more than a word or two, followed by something like “gotta go”. He told me that we could meet sometime this summer, but that never happened. He told me he’s not ready. I’ve been trying for the past month or so to help my lover with this girl he likes in real life. I try to convince myself that our friendship is as good as it’ll get, and I should just give it up now because its not worth making myself crazy, and I’ve tried deleting the AIM program to try to forget about my lover, but I can’t stand to leave my lover.

Every single time the same situation keeps occuring. The biggest thing I hate hearing is just wait for someone to come along. Last time I did Dating Support it was all of my past failures. They came to me. I was sweet and caring to them. I was always nice and never meant so ever. So no matter what i did i was never good enough. And women are hard to come by for me since I’m not well small, I’m a big guy so girls don’t obviously like me that much.
