So, what are the causes of anxiety attacks? Well, there is no conclusive answer for everybody. The causes change from person to person and it relies on the situation. So, what I am going to do is share with you the causes of attacks. That way, if you’ve got an attack, you may know exactly what to do.
The causes of anxiety attacks are :
1. Phobias. A person, if exposed to something that they’re terrified of, will naturally have an anxiety attack. An example would be if you’re afraid of public talking.
2. Hyperventilation syndrome. This is another cause of anxiety. Hyperventilation syndrome is triggered when you breath thru your mouth. When you do this for a very long time, your pulse rate increases, which triggers lightheadedness. And at last it’ll trigger an anxiety attack.
3. Medicines. Using mood suppressants unduly, you might be triggering an anxiety attack. Taking too many mood suppressant pills has side effects. And that side effect is an anxiety attack. Try to not take a lot of mood depressant drugs.
4. Heredity. If one of the members of your family has a record of anxiety attacks or panic attacks, there’s a possibility that you will have this disorder as well .
5. Short term causes. When something dramatic occurs in your life, such as somebody close to you dying, it may trigger an anxiety attack. If you’re having emotional issues, ensure you don’t intake too much caffeine. It might cause you to have an anxiety attack.
6. Environment. Another cause of anxiety attacks is because of the environment. It could be from the humid or hot atmosphere. Or it could be from you being around too many folks. Some folks can’t deal with being around lots of people for long period of time.
These are some causes of anxiety attacks. If you have these signs, you need to do something about it. Waiting to stop your anxiety attack might be fatal.
