I must they they’re not the end all be all, but they made all the difference in the world for me.

It stops people from creating new relationships, establishing new friendships, and creating new partnerships in life. Once you have figured out the origin of it all, attempt to let it go and realize that you are not being yourself in front of people. One way to look at it is will you accept them.

Live your life in the now, but still plan for the future. Living your life in the now, will get you to relaxing your mind more and living life more freely.
“The What If That Controls Your Life” is another key factor/technique that control sufferers of anxiety. I know so many people who all they think about is what if X happens. I then tell them what if Y happens, then what will you do? FYI, Y is something positive or great to think about. Human beings are naturally programmed as having negative imagery and therefore nervousness and fear naturally get tied in with those same thoughts which makes the experience so real. Again, give it up and keep it moving. You control it, it doesn’t control you.
