My Life of Hell: Social Anxiety
There’s nothing quite like the terror and physical strain that you go through when you get an anxiety attack. I hated them. You know how rough they can be on you and how much time it takes to recover from a bad one. However, it IS possible to get them out of your life.
Anxiety is not disease or some kind of illness. You can’t inherit it or contract it like a sickness either. And don’t worry – you don’t have a “chemical imbalance” in your grey matter either! It is really just a mental condition and resulting physiological state that we create on our own.
You can manage and control anxiety if you understand its underlying causes. This way you can reverse it. I know about anxiety and have dealt with it in my own life for many years. It can destroy any hope of happiness, but you can deal with it very effectively.
I know how to reverse the anxiety causing factors. This is because I’ve had so much experience and training to get to this level. As a result, I’ve been able to help myself get rid of other types of related anxiety too – such as people anxiety, social anxiety and wicked panic attacks too. You CAN deal with this stuff!
The result for me is full control of my other anxieties: people, social, height (mostly flying) and of course the grand daddy of them all : PANIC attacks. You can get rid of all that crap.
Just remember that is no FAST way to solve this problem. It DOES take some to get things under control. You’re going to need some patience and little time to make it better. However, there is lots of support out there and with it and the right information you can succeed.
Be sure that you stay clear of the hucksters who want to sell you pills, potions and quick fixes. They are preying on your sensitivity and weakness at this point.
I want you to focus on small steps and stay away from those things because they just make you more hopeless that there is no cure. Build yourself first, a very strong base of awareness in your own thoughts and how they relate to each other. Then think about how they make you feel. This is the first step to curing anxiety and panic attacks.
