You do not have to suffer from Anxiety and Panic Attacks anymore. I will unveil the true causes of Panic and Anxiety Attacks as well as something that can eliminate forever.

The main causes of anxiety, fear, and panic attacks are chemical imbalance in the human body, genetic and early learning, and the response mechanism that human beings have to the very same experiences that potentially cause panic attacks and anxiety. We’re going to discuss each one in more detail and discuss the underlying cause of it all.

There are many things that can contribute to your anxiety and panic attacks. One of those can include a chemical imbalance in the human body. When there is a great enough chemical imbalance, it can cause you to feel depressed, experience anxiety, and even get panic attacks regularly. One potential reason anxiety treatment such as anxiety therapy is not as effective is because people who have a chemical imbalance cannot be changed through talking it through with a psychologist. The conversations typically conjure up those memories of the past but don’t address how to confront and deal with them in the present and even in the future. At least that has been my experience.

This other cause of anxiety and panic attacks are genetics and early learning. Panic disorder tends to run in families where the mother and father have inherited such traits from their mothers and fathers. Whether genetic or based on early learning, these traits and behaviors are learned by the next generation and the next until there is a break in the early learning cycle of a child. The child grows up in an environment accepting the behavior of its parents as normal and part of life. It becomes a way of life for the child.

If a child were to grow up in a dysfunctional household, that child’s mind then has something negative and worrisome to latch its mind to. Anxiety becomes a natural place for the child to experience because he or she has experienced it all of their life. The child has grown up in a family where fear and anxiety has practically been taught to them by their parents.

Given that it all begins with the chemical imblance in the body, it’s important to recognize that those genetics can get transferred to the child from the parents. The greater the chemical imbalance, the greater the probability it is for it to get passed on to the child.

The response mechanism in the body is the other cause of panic attacks and anxiety. This piece is crucial to discovering why we experience anxiety. When people sense danger or perceived danger, our senses go up. Our mind latches onto something that happened a while ago or has happened several times in the past that was unpleasant, uncomfortable, or even scary. Whether you’re about to give a speech in front of 200 people or there is a scary man with a weapon in his hands about to attack you, the fear is valid and it all comes from somewhere. If a newborn baby were in front of that same large group of people or a man (heaven forbid) were to attack it, the baby would initially look un phased…main reason being it doesn’t have a memory of something scary or nerve wrecking to attach its mind to.

One’s chemical imbalance cannot just change overnight let alone overtime. Not even anxiety medication can always have the impact people are looking for it to have. In addition, it can be costly. However, studies have shown the best way to eliminate anxiety and panic attacks is to re-teach the brain to not react to something as it being something to fear or experience anxiety over.

There are repetitive exercises you can do and several doctors have come up with innovative techniques that have had lasting effects on millions of people experiencing panic attacks and anxiety. It is not difficult to re-teach the brain if you have a plan to do so. If you combine that with the repetition of actually placing yourself in the things you actually fear, you then have a powerful combination that will over a short period eliminate any fear and anxiety you may have. I hope this has been helpful and of use to you. I too suffered from panic attacks and anxiety until I found this amazing anxiety treatment.

Deep breathing is a powerful excercise I wanted to add to this conversation. It can be overlooked many times but it is simple yet effective. Deep breathing not only causes the heart to slow down thus reducing the effects of anxiety, but also allows your mind to think more clearly because oxygen is now flowing to it. Remember this the next time a panic attack or anxiety creeps up on you.

The causes of anxiety and panic attacks has been around for many years. It’s been discussed by people primarily who suffer from it and those who want to find a solution. I found that solution and just wanted to share my story with those who suffer from it. But it’s vital to understand the causes so you’re not left in limbo on where it all comes from.
